About the role

Role Overview

Senior Application Developer (.NET/Angular/TypeScript) to join Jobot’s Tech Services team in a hybrid/remote-first setup. You will design, build, and maintain scalable applications and work closely with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Design and develop robust, scalable applications using .NET Core, Angular, TypeScript, and related technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Write clean, maintainable, efficient code following best practices
Troubleshoot and fix software bugs to ensure smooth performance
Integrate software components and third-party programs to meet specifications
Work with the IT team on MS SQL database setup and maintenance
Develop technical interfaces, specifications, and system architecture
Adapt existing web applications and create/testing prototypes
Build client displays, user interfaces, and technical components
Assist other software personnel with project-related requirements; coordinate with developers

Requirements

5+ years as an Application Developer (or similar)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Proficiency in .NET Core, Angular, TypeScript, MS SQL, and Bootstrap
Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle
Strong software design/architecture skills and problem-solving ability
Excellent organization and leadership skills
Ability to communicate clearly in English
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Proactive, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Nice to Have

Strong mathematical aptitude (mentioned in qualifications)
