Senior Application Developer (.NET/Angular/TypeScript)

Role Overview

Senior Application Developer for the Tech Services team at an analytics and consulting firm based out of DC. This is a permanent, full-time role focused on designing, building, and maintaining applications using modern .NET and Angular technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and efficient applications using .NET Core, Angular, and TypeScript
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Write clean, maintainable code and follow best development practices
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs to ensure smooth application performance
• Integrate software components and third-party programs to meet specifications
• Work with the IT team to set up and maintain MS SQL databases
• Develop technical interfaces, specifications, and application architecture
• Adapt and extend existing web applications
• Create and test software prototypes
• Develop client displays and user interfaces
• Assist with project-related work and coordinate with other developers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years experience as an Application Developer (or similar)
• Proficiency in .NET Core, Angular, TypeScript, MS SQL, and Bootstrap
• Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Expertise in software/application design and architecture
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Proactive, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
