About the role
Role Overview
Senior Application Developer to design, build, and maintain software applications in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will work with a Tech Services team and contribute to solutions that meaningfully affect both the business and customers.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust, scalable applications using .NET Core, Angular, and TypeScript
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
- Troubleshoot, identify, and fix bugs to ensure smooth application performance
- Integrate third-party components to meet specified requirements
- Work with IT on setting up and maintaining MS SQL databases
- Develop technical interfaces, specifications, and architecture
- Adapt and extend existing web applications
- Create and test software prototypes
- Develop client displays and user interfaces
- Assist with project-related work and coordinate with other developers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years as an Application Developer (or similar)
- Proficiency in .NET Core, Angular, TypeScript, MS SQL, and Bootstrap
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Deep knowledge of application design and architecture
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Proactive, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
