Senior Analytics Engineer

Role: Senior Analytics Engineer

Help build a greenfield data foundation to support large-scale marketing and support initiatives. Own a “zero-to-one” program that establishes core infrastructure, measurement workflows, and audience tooling, then extend those patterns across existing marketing programs.

Responsibilities

• Build and operationalize core data infrastructure for marketing and support use cases (from zero to one).
• Create measurement workflows and audience tooling.
• Extend shared data patterns across multiple brands/programs to strengthen the common data foundation.
• Translate new AI-assisted capabilities into reliable, scalable analytics workflows.
• Design/enable hybrid human-in-the-loop data workflows where stakeholder inputs feed automated production pipelines.
• Develop and maintain productionized data pipelines with orchestration and strong engineering practices.

Requirements

• Music industry experience is required.
• 5+ years experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, business intelligence, or data science in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with dbt, including modular, well-tested transformations and dependency management.
• Strong SQL skills and comfort with large, complex datasets.
• Experience building production pipelines with orchestration tools such as Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect.
• Familiarity with version control and code review workflows.
• Experience with at least one major cloud data warehouse: BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks, or similar.

• Experimentation with emerging AI tools/patterns (AI-assisted analysis, summarization, workflow automation).
• Experience supporting stakeholder-managed inputs (e.g., spreadsheets or internal tools) into production analytics pipelines.
