Senior Analytics Engineer

Role overview

Senior Analytics Engineer (Remote, USA) You’ll join a high-impact data team responsible for building the trusted analytics foundation used across the business—covering areas like revenue, customer growth, and product/customer success insights. The role blends analytics engineering and data engineering, with ownership of dimensional models and analytics-ready datasets.

Responsibilities

• Own and build dimensional data models
• Develop dbt transformations to produce analytics-ready datasets
• Work closely with analysts, stakeholders, and engineers to turn raw data into reliable, decision-driving insights
• Help maintain and improve data quality and PII monitoring
• Influence future analytics/data architecture (e.g., reverse ETL, composable CDPs, event analytics)

Requirements

• 5+ years in analytics engineering or data engineering
• Strong SQL and hands-on dbt experience
• Experience with Snowflake or another modern cloud data warehouse
• Solid grounding in dimensional modeling and SaaS metrics (e.g., MRR, churn, LTV)
• Ability to partner effectively with non-technical stakeholders in a remote setting

• Reverse ETL tools (e.g., Hightouch)
• BI exposure
• Familiarity with data mesh concepts

Compensation

• $150,000–$170,000 (annual)
