Senior Analyst (Ukrainian Proficient)

Role Overview

Join Exiger Government Solutions as a Senior Analyst supporting U.S. Government customers with:

• Due diligence and Know Your Customer (KYC)/enhanced due diligence
• Supply chain risk management

This is a client-facing role requiring Ukrainian fluency and strong understanding of international sanctions, political risk, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of a due diligence research and analysis program for U.S. Government clients.
• Conduct document review and open-source research in Ukrainian and English to identify compliance issues related to:
  • Sanctions
  • Anti-bribery / anti-corruption
  • Other regulatory requirements
• Use Exiger systems, including DDIQ (AI software), to determine the risk relevancy of open-source information.
• Perform KYC/enhanced due diligence and assess third-party and supply-chain risk.
• Review and analyze shipping records data to conduct supply chain risk assessments.

Requirements

• Fluency in Ukrainian.
• Minimum 3–5 years of direct experience in Know Your Customer and/or reputational due diligence.
• Strong understanding of international sanctions, political risk, and related criminal/regulatory/reputational risk.
• Experience with AML and sanctions/corruption compliance frameworks.
• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to use technology effectively.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, take ownership, and deliver high-quality work under strict deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills.
• U.S. Permanent Resident Status or U.S. Citizenship Required.
• Willing and able to obtain a federal background check.
• Willingness to travel infrequently to Eastern Europe.
