About the role
Role Overview
Senior Analyst on the Publisher Analytics team, providing actionable customer and engagement insights for financial institutions (FIs) and publisher partners. You will collaborate with partner teams to translate business questions into analytics problem statements, build solutions from large datasets, and present findings to influence strategy.
Responsibilities
- Deliver analytics for large US financial institutions focused on customer engagement and program value.
- Work with partner counterparts to translate FI questions into analytics problem statements.
- Analyze large purchase/engagement datasets to develop insights and recommendations.
- Use SQL, Python, Databricks, Tableau (and other tools) to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Create compelling analytic narratives to demonstrate publisher engagement impact from both consumer and FI perspectives.
- Mine purchase data to understand spending habits, competitive landscapes, and customer journeys.
- Develop and standardize analytic approaches for:
- customer life cycle value
- measurement plans
- cadence/testing and optimized cadence of offers
- repeatable self-service analytics tools (internal and external)
- Act as a client-facing subject matter expert and present to both non-technical and technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support go-to-market strategies and expand adoption of Cardlytics solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years in Marketing Analytics, Risk Analytics, Loyalty Analytics, and/or Analytics Consulting.
- Strong ability to interpret analytical results and turn them into actionable insights.
- Experience working with partner teams to develop implementation plans.
- Client-facing expertise as a subject matter expert with presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
- Degree in Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Decision Science, Market Research, or similar.
- Advanced analytics and Design of Experiments knowledge.
