Role: (Senior) AI Software Engineer (all genders)

You will develop complex enterprise solutions in the Microsoft cloud environment and take responsibility across backend, frontend, middleware, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own backend, frontend, middleware, and integration components for enterprise solutions.
• Use and orchestrate AI coding/agent tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code or similar) within the development process.
• Validate, correct, and integrate AI-generated outputs into production-ready software.
• Conduct technical reviews for AI-generated code.
• Support junior engineers in applying AI-augmented engineering methods.
• Turn prototypes and business/department requirements into secure, stable, maintainable, and scalable software aligned with architecture guidelines.
• Implement DevOps and CI/CD processes; create tests and documentation; support solutions into production operations.
• Build applications where AI is part of the product experience (e.g., agent-based workflows, embedded AI tasks, intelligent automation).

Requirements

• Several years of professional software development experience, ideally in Microsoft cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, Azure, APIs, databases, and web technologies, including backend/frontend/integration architectures.
• Practical understanding of modern DevOps practices, CI/CD, testing, versioning, documentation, security fundamentals, and production operations requirements.
• Ability to not only use AI development tools, but also technically evaluate, improve, and responsibly integrate their results.
• Independent, quality- and solution-oriented working style; ability to align technical concepts with architecture, operations, project teams, and business stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with AI-agent workflows and production integration of AI-enabled features.
