Senior AI Product Manager

Role overview

Join Cloudera as a Senior AI Product Manager (full remote). You will define and drive the product roadmap for Cloudera’s AI Workbench, turning customer and market needs into enterprise product requirements and leading the full product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the roadmap for Cloudera AI Workbench, aligned with the company’s data and AI strategy.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagements to identify opportunities and customer pain points.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, go-to-market, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
• Lead go-to-market strategy, product adoption, and product performance metrics across the lifecycle.

Requirements

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strategic, customer-centric mindset with strong business acumen.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with cloud platforms and hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven track record defining, launching, and managing enterprise-grade software products in fast-paced environments.
• 7+ years of product management experience, focused on AI/ML, data platforms, data governance, or data quality.
• Ability to articulate and manage requirements for enterprise products (including experience building/scaling enterprise products).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field; MBA/advanced degree is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience as a data scientist or data analyst.
• Familiarity with open-source data/AI technologies such as Python, Jupyter, scikit-learn, PyTorch.
• Experience using Agile development methodologies.
