Role Overview
Join MeridianLink as a Senior AI Engineer (full remote). You’ll be a key technical contributor delivering scalable, reliable software solutions, leading complex system implementations, shaping architecture/modernization, and mentoring other engineers.
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of complex software systems, services, and technical initiatives
- Influence architecture and modernization efforts
- Mentor engineers via code reviews and technical coaching (best practices and implementation guidance)
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps to deliver maintainable, scalable, and reliable solutions
Requirements
- Backend + frontend engineering experience
- Experience with React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL, and APIs
- Experience with cloud-native application development
- Expertise in AI development tools and methodologies
- Deep knowledge of C#, .NET, and .NET Core with modern application frameworks
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and CI/CD
- Ability to independently lead complex technical initiatives
