Senior AI Engineer

Role overview

Join Cosuno’s AI team as a Senior AI Engineer to build intelligent systems at the core of the platform. You’ll own end-to-end delivery—from model/agent development to integration in a production web app.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and improve an agentic, multi-step reasoning system to navigate complex request/submission workflows
• Build end-to-end integrations across model/agent, APIs, and the front end
• Iterate on ranking and retrieval systems that power matchmaking and marketplace search
• Develop price prediction models
• Run experimentation and evaluation (e.g., evals) and continuously improve system quality
• Collaborate cross-team and maintain production ML/AI systems

Requirements

• Strong backend engineering skills (design APIs, data pipelines, and services)
• TypeScript, React, and Node.js are non-negotiable; comfortable shipping web-app features end-to-end (front-end, backend service, API)
• Strong Python with 5+ years building production-grade code
• Experience shipping features (not just models) into production and owning integration from research to real users
• Product mindset and ability to work effectively with ambiguity
• Deep hands-on LLM/agent experience: RAG, tool use, multi-step reasoning, and evaluation (e.g., evals)
• Experience with search/ranking/recommendation or price prediction systems
• Comfort with classical ML foundations
