Senior AI Enablement Engineer

Role Overview

Join Clover Health as a Senior AI Enablement Engineer. You will evaluate, configure, and deploy AI-powered tools to enhance operations, product, support, implementations, sales, and other teams—ensuring secure deployment in a HIPAA-compliant healthcare environment.

Key Missions

• Evaluate, configure, and deploy AI-powered tools to improve workflows across multiple teams.
• Partner cross-functionally to identify high-leverage opportunities and accelerate processes with AI.
• Own and maintain the AI tooling stack: troubleshoot issues and iterate configurations based on team feedback.

Responsibilities

• Assess the current AI tooling landscape (LLMs, coding assistants, automation platforms, API integrations) and determine organizational deployment needs.
• Ensure secure operation in regulated environments by applying IAM and compliance tooling.
• Translate technical capabilities into practical value for non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Comfort working across enterprise infrastructure, including:
  • containers
  • cloud platform administration
  • endpoint management
  • identity management
  • compliance tooling
• Hands-on experience with identity and access management, including:
  • OAuth and SSO configuration
  • SCIM provisioning
  • cloud IAM
  • secrets management in enterprise/regulatory contexts
• Strong communication skills to explain technical solutions and enable adoption.
• Deep familiarity with AI tooling and how to deploy LLM/coding-assistant/automation tooling at an organization level.
• Demonstrated ability to automate work and build AI-enabled solutions quickly.
• Proven self-starter who solves infrastructure barriers and gets tools adopted.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience deploying AI systems in HIPAA or other regulated healthcare/security environments.
• Experience supporting multiple internal teams (IT/product/operations) with AI enablement.
