Role Overview

Senior AI-Enabled DevOps Engineer at PointClickCare. You will design, build, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure and developer platforms for both application and AI/ML-driven workloads, partnering closely with software and data teams to take services and models into production.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and operate cloud-native infrastructure for production workloads
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for both applications and ML systems
Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for consistency, scalability, and repeatability
Improve deployment reliability using automation, testing, and rollout strategies
Support AI/ML workloads: model deployment, scaling, and monitoring
Integrate AI-assisted tools into DevOps workflows to improve:
- Alert quality and noise reduction
- Incident triage and root-cause analysis
- Capacity planning and performance optimization
Design and maintain observability solutions using metrics, logs, and traces

Working Environment / Team

Part of the DevOps team (reporting to the DevOps Team Lead) working with Software Engineering and IT

Location / Travel & Office Expectations

Remote roles: in-office events requiring travel to Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City for onboarding, team events, and semi-annual/annual meetings
Hybrid roles: must reside within commuting distance of the specified office location, with regular in-office events
