About the role
Role Overview
As a Senior AI Consultant / GenAI Product Owner, you will lead AI-driven transformation with a strong focus on Generative AI (GenAI) for financial services. You will bridge AI technology and business needs, set product vision, and guide stakeholders through AI adoption and implementation.
What You Will Do
- Lead AI transformation by shaping enterprise-wide Data & AI strategies for financial services.
- Bridge AI and business to define AI-powered banking solutions aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
- Advise C-level stakeholders on AI adoption, including regulatory considerations and value-driven implementations.
- Own the GenAI product vision and drive end-to-end development with cross-functional teams (data engineers, ML experts, business leaders).
- Define roadmaps and execution strategies, overseeing scope, planning, and delivery to ensure measurable impact.
- Deliver AI & data solutions, supporting data visualization, model development, and GenAI application rollouts into banking ecosystems.
- Enhance Hiflylabs’ AI offerings via research and strategy for new GenAI solutions and contributions to go-to-market plans.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in AI-driven product management, consulting, or financial services.
- Expertise in AI and data analytics, including experience deploying Generative AI solutions.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Experience engaging and aligning with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business challenges into AI opportunities.
- Advanced presentation and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Proactive, adaptable mindset with passion for AI innovation.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Big 4 consulting or as a strategic advisor in financial services.
- Domain knowledge beyond banking (e.g., telecom, healthcare, retail, energy).
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, NLP, or GenAI tools.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Understanding of data governance, AI ethics, and regulatory frameworks.
