Senior Agile Specialist

Role Overview

As a Senior Agile Specialist, you will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to lead complex business analysis initiatives while facilitating Agile delivery. The role focuses on translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements, aligning stakeholders, and supporting predictable, high-quality delivery through Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Business analysis & requirements: Elicit requirements, translate needs into user stories, and ensure solutions align with business goals and technical constraints.
• Agile/Scrum delivery: Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on Scrum principles, remove impediments, and foster accountability and collaboration.
• Backlog & stakeholder alignment: Maintain and prioritize the backlog, facilitate workshops, conduct stakeholder interviews, and support backlog refinement.
• Value delivery & continuous improvement: Support UAT and go-live readiness, mitigate risks, and promote continuous improvement.
• Mentorship: Mentor team members to help improve delivery effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in business analysis in Agile environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Business analysis and/or Scrum Master certifications.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions that are user-friendly, efficient, and maintainable.
• Strong experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and supporting documentation.
• Experience facilitating requirements workshops, backlog refinement, and stakeholder interviews.
• Scaled Agile certifications and/or Salesforce credentials (e.g., Salesforce Admin, Business Analyst).
