About the role

Role Overview

Senior Agile Lead to facilitate, coach, and embed agile practices across cross-functional technical teams delivering complex, cloud-based healthcare technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Facilitate and champion agile frameworks and practices across delivery teams.
Evolve scalable delivery frameworks to improve consistency and efficiency across implementations.
Coach teams and leaders on agile principles, continuous improvement, and lean value delivery.
Drive roadmap alignment through initiative breakdown and cross-team planning.
Facilitate cross-team synchronization across Cloud Services, Development, and Implementation.
Optimize delivery flow by identifying bottlenecks, reducing delays, and improving dependency management.
Support sustainable planning and capacity management to improve predictability and workload balance.
Identify and remove impediments to maintain momentum and productivity.
Lead agile education via workshops, training, and ongoing coaching.
Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of time and utilization in project management tools.
Uphold privacy, security, and confidentiality standards in delivery processes.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in agile delivery roles in software development or technical implementation environments.
Active agile certification such as CSM, A-CSM, PSM, or equivalent.
Experience facilitating cross-functional technical teams in cloud/platform/enterprise software delivery.
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes).
Proven ability to work in complex, multi-team environments with dependency management.
Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated coaching experience driving agile maturity.
Experience driving continuous improvement at scale in fast-paced environments.

Nice-to-Haves

Healthcare technology / interoperability domain experience such as FHIR, EHR systems, or clinical integration.

Benefits

$140,000–$155,000 base salary range.
