Seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to lead financial processes within a remote team, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.

Responsibilities

Lead month-end close activities
Prepare journal entries
Perform account reconciliations
Oversee multi-entity consolidations
Maintain fixed asset schedules
Support external audits
Analyze financial data in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Mentor junior staff
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Requirements

3–5+ years of relevant accounting experience
Proven expertise in month-end close, journal entries, and financial reporting
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, regulations, and reporting
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with NetSuite (or similar systems)
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication, leadership qualities, and proactive problem-solving
