Senior Account Executive

About the role

Join Fictiv, a leading digital manufacturing platform, as a Senior Account Executive. In this role, you will work closely with exciting companies to help them bring amazing products to market. You will develop relationships at every level of the organization, understand their business goals, and configure optimal solutions to address their requirements. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining a healthy pipeline, meeting and exceeding sales quotas, and representing the company at trade shows and industry events. Key missions: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts, from mechanical engineers to C-level executives, to build trust and confidence in Fictiv as the go-to for custom manufacturing needs.. Identify and develop both prototyping opportunities and production-class manufacturing programs that allow customers to develop, launch, and deliver products to market at unprecedented speeds.. Prospect to build and maintain a healthy pipeline, meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas, and maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting in Salesforce.com. Profile: - Your proven leadership skills will be essential to coordinating the efforts of a highly capable Fictiv team and platform that supports you at every opportunity - Demonstrated expertise with modern sales tools (CRM, Sequencing, Prospecting, Collaboration) - Firm grasp of product development and related business requirements - BS/BA degree preferred - Experience with TAM / SAM analysis - Manufacturing and supply chain industry experience - Experience driving consultative, solution based sales and expanding within strategic industry verticals - Unparalleled verbal and written communication skills - Minimum of 8 years of proven track record of meeting & exceeding monthly and quarterly targets - Demonstrated track record of quickly building a new pipeline and managing a forecast to consistently exceed quota - While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely is required to sit; walk; talk and hear; use hands to keyboard, fingers, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, crawl, reach, and stretch
