Senior Account Executive (Federal Intelligence Community Location)

Role Overview

Join WireScreen as a Senior Account Executive (Federal Intelligence Community). You will own and expand the National Security territory, drive new business growth, and run the full sales cycle—from first customer conversations through contract negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and execute the full sales cycle for federal opportunities (with support from teammates).
• Oversee and expand the National Security territory, exceeding quota and increasing WireScreen’s footprint in National Security.
• Partner with sales leadership to:
  • map the addressable market,
  • plan and execute the sales approach,
  • create high-value content to showcase WireScreen’s platform.
• Build growth through engagement with systems integrators, resellers, distributors, and channel/partner ecosystems.
• Develop persuasive, audience-tailored communications to improve stakeholder engagement and advance deals.
• Navigate government contracting processes to efficiently secure and close federal deals while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of full-cycle sales experience, consistently hitting or exceeding new business quotas.
• 5+ years of demonstrated success selling to Federal Defense and Intelligence agencies.
• Experience engaging key decision-makers and generating sustained pipeline growth.

Nice to Have

• Strong ability to collaborate with channel partners (SIs/resellers/distributors) to expand local growth.
• Analytical and creative problem-solving skills to handle complex sales challenges.
