Role overview

Workday VNDLY is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive product growth and execution. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product vision and strategy, guide development teams toward high-value outcomes, and support education and adoption of features.

Key missions & responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify, prioritize, and refine product features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends.
• Own the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap and business objectives.
• Lead technical discussions and coordinate solution design across multiple teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Support education and adoption of new and existing features.

Requirements

• 8+ years working cross-functionally with customers and teams such as product development, marketing, and customer success to drive product growth.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management: resolve conflict, engage stakeholders early for alignment.
• Data-informed decision making using quantitative/qualitative analysis and research to guide strategy, manage risk, and evaluate outcomes.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, strategic thinking, and ability to influence decisions.
• Customer-centric focus using empathy and feedback to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
• Domain expertise in external workforce management, vendor management systems (VMS), or contingent workforce program management (preferably direct Workday VNDLY experience).
• Technical aptitude and familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have / preference

• 5+ years in SaaS product management, consulting, pre-sales, or customer success.
• Preference for enterprise cloud solutions.
