Selenium Tester

Role Overview

Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (QA III) supporting enterprise-level platforms on an agile team. This is a 4-month contract with high extension potential, with remote work preferred and occasional onsite preference for local candidates in Inver Grove Heights, MN.

Responsibilities

• Act as the QA representative within an Agile team
• Review requirements and define clear acceptance criteria
• Design, develop, and execute test plans (manual and automated)
• Perform functional, integration, API, and backend testing
• Collaborate on automation frameworks (Playwright/Selenium)
• Track defects, manage test data, and support high-quality releases
• Support UAT and Go-Live readiness
• Provide test metrics, reporting, and go/no-go recommendations

Required Skills

• 5+ years in QA/QE in Agile environments
• Strong experience with Playwright or Selenium
• Backend/API testing plus SQL expertise
• Financial services experience, specifically Loan Origination or Loan Servicing systems
• Knowledge of Snowflake
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (or similar)
• Experience leveraging AI in testing
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Broader financial services domain experience
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
• Strong Agile/Scrum background
