About the role

Role Overview

AI Security Operations Engineer focused on secure operation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of enterprise AI platforms and AI security tooling. The primary responsibility is Palo Alto Prisma AIRS. The role partners with security architecture, cloud, engineering, and business teams to enable safe and scalable AI adoption across the enterprise.

What You’ll Do

Own day-to-day operations of Palo Alto Prisma AIRS
Tune alerts, reduce false positives, and identify real threats
Monitor AI runtime risks, including:
- data access
- agents
- misconfigurations
Build metrics, dashboards, and reporting for leadership
Automate workflows using scripting and tools
Collaborate with cloud, engineering, and architecture teams

Must-Have Requirements

3–5+ years in Security Ops / Cloud Ops / Platform Ops
AWS or GCP security experience
Strong skills in troubleshooting and alert tuning
Scripting experience: Python, PowerShell, Bash
Solid knowledge of IAM, APIs, and logging/monitoring
Experience working with AI platforms or AI-enabled SaaS/security tools
Hands-on exposure to Prisma AIRS, n8n, or TrueFoundry
A brief project example showing measurable impact
