Role Overview
As a Security Engineer at Suave, you will own the security posture a bank will diligence—covering key management, infrastructure security, and audit readiness.
Responsibilities
- Design and operate key management using MPC/HSM and implement secrets handling
- Harden infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
- Lead threat modeling and perform security reviews
- Build audit evidence suitable for SOC 2-style scrutiny
- Partner with compliance to validate control effectiveness
Requirements
- 4+ years in security engineering
- Strong fundamentals in key management and cryptography
- Cloud security experience
- Experience preparing for audits and/or penetration tests
Nice to Have
- FIPS 140-3 and/or HSM experience
- Digital-asset custody security
- Financial-services security experience
