About the role

Role Overview

SDET (Senior-level IC3–IC4) embedded with product teams to elevate frontend quality for a fast-growing consumer crypto platform. This is a hands-on frontend automation role (not manual QA), focused on building and evolving frontend test frameworks and quality strategy.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve frontend test automation frameworks
Partner closely with product engineers to define and implement testing strategy
Help ensure testability and validation for a platform where 40–50% of new code is AI-generated
Work with product teams across areas such as Trading, Wallet Platform, and Customer-Facing Products
Maintain shared quality and testing standards as the organization scales

Requirements

Strong JavaScript/TypeScript experience
Frontend test automation with E2E and integration testing
Experience with Playwright and Jest
CI/CD experience (noted: GitHub)
Familiarity with testing/QA tools and platforms (noted: BrowserStack)
React experience
Framework ownership experience

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with consumer payment flows or crypto domains
Experience with Maestro
