Role overview

Join DataAnnotation as an SDET (Software Dev Engineer in Test) – AI Trainer to help develop and improve cutting-edge AI systems. You’ll write and evaluate code used for training, providing feedback that shapes future AI model outputs. Work is fully remote with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI systems, with an emphasis on Android development
Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations
Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
Provide feedback that informs the next generation of AI models

Requirements

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Excellent writing and grammar skills
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
Preferred: prior experience as a Software Developer / Coder / Software Engineer / Programmer

Nice-to-haves

Kotlin experience (preferred)
Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift

Compensation & logistics

Hourly pay, up to $60 USD/hour (higher-paying projects possible with strong performance)
