SDET (Software Dev Engineer in Test) - AI Trainer

Role Overview

Join DataAnnotation’s coding team as an SDET (Software Dev Engineer in Test) - AI Trainer. You’ll help advance AI development by designing, solving, and evaluating coding tasks that train state-of-the-art AI models. Work is fully remote with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve coding problems used to train AI systems, with an emphasis on Android development.
• Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations.
• Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity.
• Provide feedback that helps shape the next generation of AI models.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual).
• Excellent writing and grammar skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
• Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Swift.

Preferred

• Kotlin experience.
• Prior experience as a Software Developer / Coder / Software Engineer / Programmer.

Compensation & Logistics

• Hourly pay for projects, up to $60 USD/hour, with potential for higher-paying projects based on performance.
• Payment via PayPal.
• Available to candidates located in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.
