Scrum Master with Wealth Management

Role Overview

Scrum Master (Wealth Management) for a long-term remote engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a Scrum team using Agile practices
• Identify what is/isn’t Scrum and help the team follow Scrum principles
• Use Scrum/Agile techniques to address gaps and improve delivery
• Support the team by resolving conflicts and enabling collaboration
• Adapt practices to a changing environment

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in Wealth Management, Broker Dealer, and/or Advisory industries
• 3–5 years prior experience working on a Scrum team
• Strong ability to analyze, think quickly, and resolve conflict
• Knowledge of techniques to fill gaps in Scrum
• Ability to determine what is Scrum vs. what is not
• Experience applying successful Agile techniques
• Exceptional ability to work with and lead a team
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to stay focused despite distractions
