About the role
Role Overview
Scrum Master position supporting Agile delivery for medium to large projects in the health insurance domain.
Responsibilities
- Lead and organize the project team across the full project lifecycle, ensuring accountability and structure across extensive release processes.
- Partner with Preference Management and Member Delegate teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Manage project execution, resources, and coordination to deliver on time and on budget.
- Develop and manage governance artifacts required for medium to large projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and manage expectations and maintain effective working relationships.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Experience managing complex releases in Agile/Scrum.
- Healthcare background.
- Knowledge of Agile techniques including:
- User Stories
- ATDD
- TDD
- CI
- Continuous Testing
- Pair Programming
- Experience leading teams and supporting organizational goals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Preference Management or Member Delegate teams.
- Familiarity with SAFe methodologies.
