Scrum Master (UHG)
Responsibilities
- Practice and apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to build a high-performing, organized team.
- Bring the team together when the team is impeded due to low confidence levels.
- Understand customer business needs and convert them into an actionable technical pipeline.
Requirements / Experience
- Experience with CI environments and build automation tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, and TFS.
- Extensive use of Jenkins to streamline CI/CD processes.
- Experience with project management and planning tools:
- Microsoft Project
- Integrated Project Management (Waterfall & Agile)
- Jira
- Confluence
- Reporting and analytics tools experience:
- Power BI
- Tableau
- MicroStrategy
- Crystal Reports
- Business Objects
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with different data distribution ecosystems such as Cloudera and Hortonworks (Hadoop ecosystem).
- Familiarity with automating configuration (e.g., Master-Slave configuration).
