Role Overview
Scrum Master responsible for facilitating Agile/Scrum execution and helping the team deliver projects successfully.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including:
- Daily stand-ups
- Sprint planning
- Sprint reviews
- Sprint retrospectives
- Remove impediments/blockers and support the team’s productivity
- Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices
- Track sprint progress and help ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align on priorities and outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement based on retrospective learnings
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Scrum certification preferred (CSM/PSM)
