About the role
Role: Scrum Master
The Judge Group is hiring a Scrum Master for a 12+ month contract with 100% remote work.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams and facilitate Scrum ceremonies:
- Sprint planning
- Daily stand-ups
- Sprint reviews
- Retrospectives
- Partner with Product Engineering, Product Management, and deployment teams to align on priorities, scope, and timelines.
- Remove impediments and proactively address blockers to maintain velocity and delivery commitments.
- Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum principles and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with global deployment teams to incorporate regional requirements into the backlog and ensure smooth feature rollouts.
- Support backlog refinement by ensuring user stories are well-defined, prioritized, and development-ready.
- Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Drive transparency via reporting on sprint progress, risks, and team performance metrics.
- Promote standardization and best practices to enable scalable, consistent delivery.
- Encourage a culture of accountability, collaboration, and iterative improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in hospitality management (Front Office, Guest Services, Reservations, Housekeeping, or related) with strong knowledge of hotel operations and systems.
- 2+ years working in Agile environments, preferably as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with hospitality systems such as Opera PMS, Colleague Advantage, HotSOS, Zingle, Sertifi, and credit card processing workflows.
- Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) or equivalent Agile training.
- Experience supporting global/distributed teams.
- Demonstrated ability to coach teams and drive Agile maturity.

- Hospitality CRM experience preferred
Compensation
- $70/hr (rate provided)
