Scrum Master (Supply Chain Planning / ERP Integration)

Contract: Long-term

Role Overview

Lead Agile delivery for cross-functional technology initiatives supporting Supply Chain Planning and ERP / boundary system integrations. In this client-facing role, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, coach teams on Agile practices, and improve delivery predictability and transparency.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Protect and clarify execution: Ensure sprint goals are realistic, well understood, and not derailed by scope disruption.
Remove obstacles & manage dependencies: Identify and resolve delivery impediments, proactively handling cross-team and cross-functional dependencies.
Partner with Product Owners: Support backlog readiness, prioritization, and value-focused delivery.
Use delivery metrics for continuous improvement: Drive improvements using cycle time, throughput, and WIP metrics.
Increase visibility for stakeholders: Improve transparency of delivery status, risks, and outcomes for senior business stakeholders.
Align with planning and release timelines: Support supply chain planning cycles, forecasting cadences, and EPM/release timelines.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
US citizenship or Green Card holder (no sponsorship)
5+ years hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery environments
Proven experience improving delivery predictability and coaching multiple teams on Agile mindset and practices
Significant domain experience supporting/delivering work involving ERP integration and boundary systems
Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, and Jira Discovery
Strong documentation skills for sprint plans, backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, dashboards, and delivery reports
Excellent facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Supply Chain Planning tools (e.g., Kinaxis or similar)
Familiarity with demand/supply planning and forecasting cycles

Success Measures

Improved throughput and measurable reductions in cycle time
Consistently maintained delivery visibility via dashboards and risk tracking
Healthy Scrum cadence with stable sprint commitments and actionable retrospectives
