About the role

Role Overview

TechDoQuest is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams and drive successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment. You will facilitate Scrum events, remove impediments, and help teams continuously improve while ensuring alignment between business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming
Coach teams on Agile principles, the Scrum framework, and continuous improvement
Partner with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized and well-refined backlog
Remove blockers; proactively manage dependencies and delivery risks
Track progress and Agile metrics using tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps (e.g., velocity, burn-down charts)
Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams (Development, QA, Product, Operations)
Support release planning, sprint execution, and overall delivery management
Ensure transparency of status, risks, and dependencies with stakeholders
Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, and high performance
Drive adoption of Agile best practices and process improvements across teams

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC
Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and/or Azure DevOps
Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with distributed teams
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Scrum certifications: CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent
Experience in Scaled Agile environments
Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and release management
Technical background in Development, QA, or Business Analysis

Nice to Have

Experience leading enterprise-scale Agile transformations
Knowledge of dashboards and Agile performance metrics
Experience with globally distributed cross-functional teams
