Scrum Master - T4 clearance required - Remote

Role Overview

Scrum Master supporting Agile delivery in a ServiceNow environment for a remote client engagement. You will lead and coach Agile teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and partner with the PMO to ensure successful project delivery and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Guide and coach cross-functional teams on Agile principles and Scrum best practices
• Collaborate with the PMO on project planning, sprint execution, and delivery
• Manage Agile projects and workflows using ServiceNow Agile Project Management
• Remove impediments and help teams stay focused on sprint goals and project objectives
• Drive Agile transformation and promote continuous process improvement
• Track sprint progress, project metrics, and team performance
• Foster communication among stakeholders, product owners, and development teams
• Mentor team members and encourage collaboration and accountability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years overall professional experience
• 3+ years Project Management experience
• 3+ years experience as a Scrum Master or Requirements Analyst
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Agile Project Management
• Strong understanding of Agile and the Scrum framework
• Experience supporting PMO functions and Agile project delivery
• Proven ability to lead Agile transformation initiatives across enterprise programs
• Excellent communication, facilitation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Active Public Trust clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
• Agile certifications such as CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Scrum Master, or similar
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise or government technology programs
