Scrum Master

Role: Scrum Master

Stefanini is seeking a Scrum Master (Remote) to help agile teams deliver business value in alignment with the ART and Operational Value Stream, connecting product leadership to day-to-day implementation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate successful agile delivery of business value.
• Support integration across the ART and operational value stream, ensuring alignment across teams.
• Act as the "connective tissue" between Product leadership and implementation.
• Plan, lead, organize, and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate and coordinate agile ceremonies including:
  • PI Planning
  • Iteration planning
  • Daily stand-ups
  • Iteration reviews & demos
  • Retrospectives
• Partner with the Product Owner to ensure ceremonies and meetings are valuable, purposeful, efficient, and well organized.
• Identify delivery blockers and drive their removal with urgency.
• Foster innovation, collaboration, and ensure all voices are heard.
• Enable consensus-based decision making within the team.
• Collaborate on release planning (short/long term) and keep the backlog healthy and ready for execution.
• Support creation of release and iteration roadmaps.
• Maintain a healthy and safe team environment.
• Champion continuous improvement; treat failures as learning opportunities.
• Use quantitative and qualitative evidence to diagnose problems and evaluate solution efficacy.
• Ask powerful questions and build a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Act as a change agent to drive agile adoption using structured approaches.
• Ensure visibility and effective cross-organization interactions to resolve impediments quickly.
• Connect teams with the right stakeholders to enable effective planning and execution.
• Apply and manage risk management discipline for team-level decisions and risk management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Agile methodology experience in a large enterprise environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience as a Scrum Master.

Desired Certifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• SAFe Scrum Master
• SAFe PO/PM
