Scrum Master Sr

Role Overview

Senior Scrum Master within PNC’s Technology organization. You will facilitate and coach multiple Scrum Teams, ensure adherence to Agile and Scrum practices, and help remove impediments to optimize delivery while mitigating risk.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and support one or more Scrum Teams with varying complexity, fostering Agile values and practices
• Ensure team adherence to Agile principles and coach teams (including newly formed teams) on executing the Scrum Framework
• Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies
• Identify, recommend, and execute improvement opportunities to optimize velocity while mitigating risk
• Track and communicate overall team progress and provide visibility to stakeholders
• Remove impediments/obstacles to keep teams focused on Scrum priorities and protected from outside distractions
• Partner with Product Owner(s) to ensure backlog items are prioritized by business value and are ready for the teams
• Provide guidance to less experienced Scrum Masters when needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience (typically with a bachelor’s degree)
• Competency in Agile development and coaching, including conflict management, group facilitation, planning/organizing, and problem solving

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education, relevant certifications, and experience)

Compensation

• Base salary: $65,000 – $182,000 (incentive eligible based on company/business/individual performance)

Location / Work Model

• Based in Florida (with potential remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval)
• If remote: must work from a quiet, secure, confidential home-based workspace
• Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs
