About the role
Role
Scrum Master for Oracle CPQ (BigMachines) and/or Oracle Agile PLM initiatives, supporting Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile delivery using frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
- Lead ceremonies and drive continuous improvement across distributed/global teams
- Manage and align stakeholders in client-facing and cross-functional settings
- Support delivery of Q2C and PLM workflows
Requirements
- 8–12 years of IT experience, including 3–5+ years as a Scrum Master
- Hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ (BigMachines) and/or Oracle Agile PLM
- Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and/or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
- Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with distributed/global teams
