Role: Scrum Master

Support Scrum delivery for complex, full-stack technology teams while managing release activities and traditional project responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Facilitate daily stand-ups and support the team in following the Scrum delivery process
Lead/coordinate multiple crews handling complex full-stack delivery
Manage release management activities
Perform traditional project management tasks, including:
- Scope definition
- Staffing
- Status communication to clients and partners
- Risk and issue management
Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess needs and system requirements
Author user stories and acceptance criteria
Execute part of testing on projects
Partner with the team and Product Owner to turn requirements into working software
Ensure product quality expectations are defined and understood across the team
Collaborate on planning and execution, including defect remediation and refactoring, helping prevent technical debt accumulation
Evaluate data processing proposals to assess feasibility and requirements
