About the role
Role Overview
Scrum Master (Remote/USA) supporting Agile teams in a multimedia/digital media context.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach teams on Scrum principles, Agile values, and continuous improvement
- Help teams remove impediments and manage dependencies
- Partner with Product Owners to support backlog refinement and sprint readiness
- Create and maintain Jira dashboards and reports to provide delivery insights for leadership
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience as a Scrum Master on Agile teams
- Scrum certification: CSM, PSM I, or equivalent
- Hands-on experience administering Jira in an Agile environment
- Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile principles, plus team facilitation
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting multiple or cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Kanban or hybrid Agile approaches
- Experience with Jira Advanced Roadmaps (or similar planning tools)
- Background working with software development teams
