Role Overview

Sentara Health is hiring a Scrum Master for a fully remote position. The Scrum Master coordinates and monitors the Scrum process from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment between the product owner, development team, and management.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor Scrum activities from initiation through delivery
Act as a liaison between the Product Owner, development team, and management to ensure targets and requirements are met
Ensure team members understand project objectives
Maintain the product backlog and release plan
Facilitate productivity by:
- Setting up meetings
- Removing impediments that block sprint goal progress
Preserve flexibility and respond rapidly to change

Requirements

0–2 years of relevant experience (with a degree), or 3 years of relevant experience (without a degree)
No specific Scrum certification/licensure required
