About the role

Role Overview

Scrum Master (Remote) supporting agile delivery in a software solutions environment focused on banking and finance.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives, removing impediments along the way.
Help the team follow Scrum rules and principles and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the Product Owner to clarify business requirements and maintain a healthy backlog.
Track progress toward sprint goals and manage dependencies and risks using Azure DevOps.
Coach the team on scaled agile practices and ensure effective use of agile tools.

Requirements

5+ years experience as a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer.
Significant agile project management experience, including advanced analytics, data integration, and visualization.
At least one certification: CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe SSM, SAFe RTE, or SPC.
Strong knowledge of the SAFe framework and practical implementation.
Hands-on experience with agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or VersionOne.

Preferred Qualifications

10+ years of agile project management experience.
Advanced degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
In-depth knowledge of the banking and finance industry (terminology and regulations).
Familiarity with CI/CD practices.
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
