Scrum Master - Remote

Role Overview

Scrum Master (Remote) working with a healthcare services employer through Pinnacle Method Consulting’s candidate sourcing model.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the Scrum process from initiation through delivery
• Act as a liaison between the Product Owner, development team, and management
• Maintain the product backlog and release plan while facilitating team productivity
• Organize Scrum events and remove impediments to help the team achieve sprint goals
• Ensure team members understand project objectives and adapt to changing requirements

Requirements

• 0–2 years of relevant experience with a degree, or 3 years without a degree (degree/certification in lieu accepted)
• Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing project requirements
• No specific Scrum certification or licensure required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare-related environment
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum practices
• Prior experience with project management or team coordination
• Knowledge of product backlog management tools
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and remove obstacles
