Scrum Master - Remote

Role Overview

You will work as a Scrum Master (Remote) supporting teams in a transition to Agile practices and facilitating Agile delivery. This role includes leading Agile ceremonies and coaching teams to improve collaboration, performance, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies to ensure effective team communication and collaboration
• Drive the transition from Waterfall to Agile, coaching teams throughout the process
• Analyze team dynamics and resolve conflicts to enhance team performance
• Mentor team members in Agile practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Adapt and implement Agile techniques to meet project goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of work experience in a related field
• 4+ years as an Agile Scrum Master
• Proficiency in Agile methods, including Scrum and Kanban
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as an Agile Coach
• Background leading the Waterfall-to-Agile transition
• Experience applying Agile at scale in a software development environment
• Ability to analyze and resolve conflicts quickly
• Knowledge of operating across multiple SDLCs (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile)
