About the role

Role Overview

Scrum Master (Remote) at Pinnacle Method Consulting. You’ll facilitate agile execution and support scaled agile practices, partnering closely with the Product Owner to drive sprint and PI outcomes.

Responsibilities

Facilitate scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to agile principles and practices
Collaborate with the Product Owner to clarify scope and effectively manage the product backlog
Support the team in achieving sprint goals and improving efficiency through continuous, relentless improvement
Track team progress on PI and sprint goals, managing dependencies and risks
Coach the team on SAFe/scaled agile practices and help them use agile tools effectively
Use Azure DevOps to support planning, tracking, and execution

Requirements

Significant agile project management experience, including a strong foundation in advanced analytics and data integration/visualization
At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer
Certification in one of: CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe SSM, SAFe RTE, or SPC
Hands-on experience with agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or VersionOne
In-depth knowledge of the SAFe framework and its practical application

Preferred Qualifications

10+ years of agile project management experience
Advanced degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Hands-on data engineering experience (Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or Tester)
Familiarity with banking industry standards and regulations
Strong adaptability and continuous learning mindset
