About the role
Role Overview
Scrum Master (Remote) supporting Agile transformation within client organizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach teams in Agile practices, ensuring effective Scrum implementation
- Facilitate Scrum and collaboration-focused meetings, helping resolve conflicts
- Analyze the Scrum process to identify gaps and implement improvements
- Support transitions from Waterfall to Agile frameworks
- Mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of work experience in a related field
- 4+ years as an Agile Scrum Master
- Demonstrable proficiency with Agile methods including Scrum and Kanban
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as an Agile Coach
- Proven success leading Agile transformations
- Ability to work across different Software Development Life Cycles (Waterfall, iterative, and Agile)
- Self-motivated and able to maintain focus independently
