About the role

Role Overview

Scrum Master (Remote) supporting complex Agile/Scrum delivery. You will lead Agile projects, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and help teams improve their execution and outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee complex Agile projects, ensuring alignment with Agile values and organizational goals
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including:
- Sprint Planning
- Daily Standups
- Reviews
- Retrospectives
Monitor progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
Mentor and guide teams on Agile planning, execution, and delivery best practices

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience as a Scrum Master
In-depth knowledge of the Agile Scrum framework (roles, ceremonies, artifacts, values, and principles)
Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments
Strong stakeholder communication skills with Product Owners, business, and leadership
Experience tracking sprint metrics (e.g., velocity and commitments vs. delivery)

Preferred Qualifications

Servant leadership mindset with coaching and mentoring experience
Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and team coaching skills
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
