About the role

Role Overview

Scrum Master (Remote) supporting Agile software development teams and helping them deliver value through effective Scrum and SAFe practices.

Responsibilities

Lead Scrum events including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Demos, and PI Planning
Build strong cross-functional relationships to improve collaboration and transparency
Identify and remove impediments that block team progress
Support the Product Manager with backlog management and ensure alignment with business goals
Coach the development team on self-organization and adoption of Agile principles

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience managing large-scale software development and system integration initiatives
Ability to facilitate briefings with senior leadership and capture actionable outcomes
Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira and Trello
Familiarity with SAFe® and Kanban (highly desired)

Preferred Qualifications

SAFe Certified Scrum Master
Ability to obtain government clearance
