Scrum Master - Remote

Role: Scrum Master (Remote)

You will support Agile delivery by ensuring effective Scrum practices and facilitating collaboration across distributed or co-located teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events and ensure effective meetings for both co-located and distributed teams
• Lead and support Agile teams, including conflict resolution and rapid problem solving
• Apply techniques to fill gaps in Scrum and determine whether work/process is truly Scrum
• Support Agile at scale and work across multiple SDLC models (e.g., Waterfall, Iterative, Agile)
• Help organizations transition from Waterfall to Agile when needed

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an Agile Scrum Master (preferred)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills
• Demonstrable proficiency in Agile methods, including Scrum and Kanban
• Ability to work with and lead a team
• Self-motivation and focus in distracting environments
• Ability to analyze, adapt, and operate in changing environments

Nice to have

• Experience as an Agile Coach
• Experience leading Waterfall-to-Agile transformations
• Successful experience with Agile techniques applied at scale
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
