Scrum Master - Remote

Role Overview

Scrum Master (Remote) supporting Agile ways of working, facilitation, and organizational agility across distributed teams and multiple SDLCs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Agile Scrum processes, including effective meetings for both co-located and distributed teams.
• Support organizational agility and coach teams on what is and isn’t Scrum.
• Help the organization apply Agile practices at scale.
• Resolve conflict and adapt quickly in a changing environment.
• Analyze situations and ensure Scrum execution includes filling in gaps in the framework/process.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an Agile Scrum Master.
• Demonstrable proficiency in Agile methods, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience working where Agile is applied at scale.
• Experience across multiple SDLCs (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to work with and lead a team.
• Ability to determine priorities and maintain focus amid distractions.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience.
• Experience as an Agile Coach.
• Experience leading organizational transition from Waterfall to Agile.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
