Role Overview
Scrum Master (Remote) at Pinnacle Method Consulting—supporting Agile delivery and team effectiveness for partner software development employers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies to ensure effective team collaboration and communication
- Analyze and resolve conflicts that arise during the Agile process
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile methods, including Scrum and Kanban
- Guide organizational transition efforts from Waterfall to Agile practices
- Continuously improve processes and practices to enhance team performance
Requirements
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of work experience in a related field
- 4+ years experience as an Agile Scrum Master
- Demonstrable proficiency in Agile methods, including Scrum and Kanban
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills
Nice to Have
- Experience as an Agile Coach
- Experience leading Waterfall-to-Agile transitions
- Ability to work with and lead diverse teams
- Experience operating across multiple Software Development Life Cycles (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile)
- Self-motivated and adaptable in changing environments
